Privacy Policy

To process an order we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address, and the items you ordered. If you pay the delivery charge by Easypaisa, we also collect the payment screenshot and transaction reference you submit, so we can verify the transfer by hand.

Browsing your cart and wishlist is stored on your own device, not on our servers, so it stays with you and is never linked to your identity unless you go on to place an order.

Your details are used only to process, dispatch, and deliver your order; to verify your advance delivery-charge payment; to contact you about your order's status by email, phone, or WhatsApp; and to handle exchanges, returns, or complaints.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

The delivery charge (Rs 200 within Karachi, Rs 300 elsewhere) is paid in advance, before your order is dispatched. This charge is non-refundable: the courier company deducts it from us the moment an order is booked for pickup, whether or not that order is later cancelled, refused, or returned. Because we have already paid it out on your behalf, we are not able to refund it back to you.

This is separate from the cost of the goods themselves, which is collected as cash on delivery and is not affected by this policy.

We do not process card payments ourselves and never see or store your bank card details. Advance payments are made directly to our Easypaisa account, and verified manually against the screenshot and reference you provide.

Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with our courier partner (Leopards Courier) solely to deliver your order. Payment references may be shared with our payment provider (Easypaisa) to verify a transfer. We do not share your information with anyone else for marketing or any other purpose.

Dustline uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart and wishlist between visits. We do not use tracking cookies to follow you across other websites.

Order and payment-verification records are kept only as long as needed for order fulfilment, accounting, and handling any after-sales issue such as an exchange or a dispute over a charge. Access is restricted to Dustline staff who need it to do their job.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or request it be deleted once there is no active order or legal reason to keep it. Contact us using the details below.

We may update this policy from time to time as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
