To process an order we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address, and the items you ordered.

Browsing your cart and wishlist is stored on your own device, not on our servers, so it stays with you and is never linked to your identity unless you go on to place an order.

Your details are used only to process, dispatch, and deliver your order; to contact you about your order's status by email, phone, or WhatsApp; and to handle exchanges, returns, or complaints.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We do not charge for delivery. The full order amount is collected as cash on delivery when your order arrives, and nothing is due before then.

We do not collect or process any payment from you directly. Your order is settled entirely in cash to the courier on delivery — we never see or store your card or bank details.

Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with our courier partner (Leopards Courier) solely to deliver your order. We do not share your information with anyone else for marketing or any other purpose.

Dustline uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart and wishlist between visits. We do not use tracking cookies to follow you across other websites.

We also measure how the site is used — pages viewed, products added to the bag, where visitors come from and an approximate city and device type — using our own analytics, not a third party. It keeps a random identifier in your browser's local storage, never stores your IP address, and is switched off automatically if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

If you type your phone number at checkout and leave without placing the order, we keep that number, your name and what was in your bag so we can message you on WhatsApp to help you finish. Placing an order clears it from that list, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Order and payment-verification records are kept only as long as needed for order fulfilment, accounting, and handling any after-sales issue such as an exchange or a dispute over a charge. Access is restricted to Dustline staff who need it to do their job.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or request it be deleted once there is no active order or legal reason to keep it. Contact us using the details below.
